If you live anywhere near a city you can probably find a place to do it for you. I'm near Chicago and the guys at Showtime Audio gave me this. It's built off of the original bin piece and looks completely stock. Though sadly I might have to sell it soon, it was designed with the Alpine sleeve built in so that I could change out with other Alpine's later, but was mocked up using this model. And anyone whose owned one of these iPod-centric decks knows they are not very deep. I fear the newer Alpine I want to upgrade to wont fit from a depth perspective given they all have DVD players built in.
Oh, and VENTS! They were initially going to attempt doing one based on one of Sharkey's designs, but I favored the Almera design, just not so blocky.

^If you decide on selling the center console, let me know. I'd be interested.
I was originally quoted 250, but ended up paying around 350 for it. But I was more than happy to pay the extra, when the owner Jerry handed it to me it looked and felt like an OEM part. The place is pretty known for high-dollar work though, I'm not kidding when I say my car was parked between a Tesla and what I can only describe as a small passenger plane.
I was thinking about just shoving the Almera piece in there but someone told me once that they are NOT a direct fit. I couldn't find anyone willing to sell, anyway.
