    Default After market intake?

I would like to put an after market cold air intake on my Spec V, but not sure how to get around the Mass Air Flow sensor... I've seen many Specs with cold air intakes but how would you rewire it so that taking out the MAF wouldn't throw a light. I already replaced the thing once because i had an eractic idle and it seemed to help. but i would like it out for good. It seems to be causing more problems than good. lol. Is there a sensor that is in the actual intake manifold? Or is it just the MAF.

Almost all kits you buy connect to your stock oem MAF flanges, all the kits work and dont have a problem with the maf. Get an aem, nismo, k&n typhoon, injen, fujita, dc sports (only for 07), weapon r, obx, and then your typical ebay brand.

I would recommend any of the first 5 i listed, i had the k&n wayyy back in the day and never had a problem.
