Default What did you do to your Sentra today?

There used to be one of these threads on QG18 that lasted super long, and I think one would be great here, for those who want to update us on their projects without starting a brand new thread every time they do something to their B15. Basically, just post what you did (if anything) to your Sentra/SER/Spec V today, it can be as minor as a wash or oil change to something as big as a motor swap! Pics are great too!

    I guess I'll start:

Today I blacked out my front calipers and back drums, lubed up the pads to prevent squealing, cleaned out my trunk and gutted most of what was in there except for the spare, made a "Home Depot Lip" out of garage door bottom, Rain X'd my front windshield, and painted over some rust on my rear fenders. I also blacked out my front grille, and changed my headlight bulbs (GE nighthawks were a big dissapointment; they lasted a little over a year!) Still waiting on my rims from the powder coat shop.

    What about you guys?!

I got my inspection done and got a quote to loosen up my lug nuts and found oil leaking from the oil pan screw.

You let your "EX girlfriend" drive your car? I don't even know if I am going to let my GIRLFRIEND drive my Spec V when I get it. She can drive my Expedition...as long as she puts gas in it! HaHa

I don't see why she can't drive it. After all, I taught her how to drive manual transmission so if she screws something up then it's my fault for teaching her improperly.

As she stands, I bet she could out pace most of you on a race circuit. She knows her racing lines, she knows how to rev match, and she's working on heel & toe and left foot braking.

I spent hours teaching her the mechanics of engines, transmissions, and clutches. She only spent 1 hour total behind the wheel of my car before she went on her first journey. She drove 20 miles without stalling, and without burning the clutch. Best student I've had!

Believe it or not he's more right than you are. A temporary tire is different than a spare.

He's referring to a donut, which is known as a temporary use tire.
