    Default snow burn outs!!

anyone did any snow burn outs?? this morning my car was wedged in good in the snow. I just hit the gas and started spinning the wheels on the snow. eventually i started seeing smoke and smelling burning rubber LOL it was fun!

then I had to get gas when I got there I noticed a 1.5" think sheet of ICE on my roof thats crazy.

    I HATE SNOW!

I heard rumours that with Auto Trannies if you do that excessivley in the snow it can burn the clutches.

what burns the clutches is the heat, i wasnt constantly on the gas, this was only for like 15 seconds. with all the crap my tranny been thru, its safe to say this is nothing compared to that LOL

well yesterday i went outside and uncovered my car and then i wasn't in the mood to get out of the spot, so i went back into bed. so today i actuallt had to go somewhere, so i called marc, lol. he dug out the ice and snow then burned out and fishtailed and flung snow all over me, after about half hour i was on my way. i was parked on frannie lou and the hill, the whole street side of my car was covered in dirrrty nasty ice. then when i got on the highway and started doin like 60, my car was shaking violently...it went away eventually.

but all in all, an exciting morning. i am a popsicle.

Sdizzle, the whole car shaking thing on the highway happened to me also, on my way to school... I had no idea what it was and pulled over on the Clearview a couple of times to make sure my tires weren't flat :/ Coming back home, everything was fine... it was just scary I had to call Fullah hehe.
It was kinda fun digging our cars out of the snow and falling all over the place... haha... kinda :P

My car was shaking like crazy also..its the ice snow stuck in the rims, it acts like weights and creates a wobble..i got scared of that but then i realized that my suspension is fine. Yesterday i got out kinda fine with little burn outs but i wasnt used to snow driving. today i burned out like crazy until i smelled rubber and tried to dig out and got out fine. Got to work which has a huge parking lot which was mostly salted with no snow but one part did have snow and guess what. Drifting on break time...it was soooo fun doing donuts and pulling the e-brake..i loved it lol
