Thread: Solved who has Gurovs Car

It was me boo-ha-ha-ha but seriously yes i picked up his car and i just thought since he kinda fell off the map what his car looks like/runs like

So it took me 4 hours one way in my friends truck and he had only 1 CD ....We get there he comes out and shows me the car is starts right up...I ask if it runs and kinda smiling gurov says "Yeah" so he takes it over to this long straight away and 2nd spin 3rd spin im talking like easy and this is on non beat 225/45 tires...So Im like a little girl all happy....we load it up with it looked like a never ending pile of sentra parts...(coated pistons,cranks,transmissions,wheels,bearing etc) Now he told me it was at 10psi which i was like think "Dam this thing rips for 10psi" so when i got it home I thought he was showing off by making it spin so i go to this strip by my house and ease into 2nd nope spin...So then i try 3rd it grips some then spins....Finally put the nismo drag radials up front and hook someone is third look at boost gauge and its 2 or 3 marks past 1bar so its prob more around 16-17 psi which explains it scarying me lol...Either was i could go on and on about this car is it prob the only thing that has brought 3 emotions out in once...Scared/happy/little school girl...Gurov is a legit dude and dont have one mean thing to say about him this car runs and drives like a stock sentra (with strong clutch) but then at full throttle gets gone...I just wanted to make a thread because if some people remember myspecv.com (the orginal one) thats why i started modding cars was because of this man so by no means dicking ride gurov but really cool dude and this car is no joke!

nice ride.....true thats a ton of gauges, Id be looking into sharkeys gauge pods to at least organize them. Just curious do u mind disclosing how much you bought it for?

Gurov was asking 5k, and was about to sell it for 3k, so probably anywhere in the range, which is a steal.

I've seen gurov's pics of his builds and such, and I hope you can make sense of everything in the car. Lol. It looks like chaos, but he always seemed to know what was going on.

Sweet pick up, I would have done the same if I was upstate.

Needs a vacuum and a new shift boot, but otherwise a true sleeper Spec.

Parting it out and getting genesis is the plan....Just got done driving it to my dads about 40 min away...On the way back let gf drive and she blew off at this dude in a riced out volkswagon it was funny....Then i decided to scare her and did a full throttle pull to 110 on the interstate and she started yelling and STOP STOP lol!

yes i believe this it needs to be in the museum or something haha...took friend from the forums on a ride tonight (oh3specv)...either way glad it is in my drive way and it drives great

haha yeah that ride was crazy!!! as soon as it hooked up it was gone...ill admit i kinda got hesitant and grab the door panel!!! hahahaha
