    yes but more tire pressure in the rear causes your car to fish tail. which would you rather??

    How much psi are you running in your street tires for better traction?? street tires aren't meant to be run at low psi, you fuck up the sidewall.

    my guess is when you cracked the rim last time you damaged the structure of the tire somewhere and it finally gave....my tire pressure is 51max and i run 29psi always! and you see how that helps my launching (gas mileage is not so great). i keep the pressure even in my tires, it just seems balanced to me that way....im sure its about preference. i was burning out a bunch and running the lowest pressure and my tires didnt blow on the way home (falken 452 performers) not to say that its the greatest thing, but that tire you had must have been damaged in the last event. Sorry to hear about that...happy to hear the rest of the car is ok. Tire pressure is a weird thing, gotta feel it out everytime you get new tires and the weather changes...lol
