Thread: Thinking Of Selling The Spec!

Well...im either thinkin of selling the Spec or trade in for 07 Altima 3.5 se......but im not sure how much they gonna ask for me at the dealership. So if i can sell my Spec for $8,000 or trade in. I need ideas!

Im in the same boat as you and an altima 3.5se is one of the cars that im considering. But right now I got a really good deal on a acura tsx. 8 grand is a bit far stretch for me since its a 02 but thats the kbb value of the car. If your car has low miles then you might get 8 grand for it.

These are the other cars that im considering:
03 Maxima se
05 Altima 3.5se
04-05 Subaru Legacy GT
05-06 Mazda6 V6

well for my 04 i got 36k miles....so i hope they give me around that park....but i got a salvage title

that salvage title is what is gonna screw you over a bit. You might have better luck selling it privately.

well it go nismo cai...nismo exhaust...tein ss...hid kit on headlights and fogs...and it doesnt have not one dent...just one scratch..and new tires...so idk..im hoping i get a good price or else ill sell privately.

sell it privately . . . the dealer will slap you 3 times . . . at least thats what it will feel like after his offer lol

haha i'm getting rid of mine too buddy.. but i'm thinking of getting the 08 sti... only cos i work for subaru and i can work on my car myself and not have to go to another dealership when i don't have time myself... and the thing's sexy and i've always wanted an sti lol

hahahaha...tru...well i love the altima v6...but im hoping they come out w/a SE-R edition...but i just wana see wats the offers....if not ill keep my spec and do some projects w/it. I love the spec...just need more room.

lmao...i love nissans...i dont think i can ever leave nissan...as much nice cars thur are out thur...im good w/nissan/infiniti....gotta love the Japs for makin such a inspired car.

Right now im trying to figure out which i want more. Acura TSX, Nissan Altima SE-R or Subaru Legacy GT. All those cars have there strong points and weak.... very hard choice for me. Im happy for you though, atleast you know your sticking with nissan lol.

nissan 3.5se is a nice choice, especially if you get it in stick. But even auto, those things are beasts. Back in college i had a buddy with a altima 3.5se with nismo intake, exhaust, suspension and exhaust. Nice car.

I still cant make up my mind. Acura TSX is soo nice, cant beat the interior and refinement and the acura badge is nice too lol (bitches love it). Nissan altima 3.5 is just an animal when it comes to straight line performance and the interior is ok too (but its a bit of a boat). Subaru Legacy GT, thats just a dressed up STI. Legacy can be modified easily to 400whp but subaru aftermarket parts are crazy expensive, the interior is on the cheap side. Soo its a hard decision for me.

just get a legacy GT =P

im getting a mazda 3 hatch 2.3....if i save up a little more ill dish out and get the mazdaspeed...wateva, i like small "economic" cars....

or better yet ill get a versa and put together a turbo kit..hahahaa
