    Default Bad 02?

How can you tell you got a bad 02 sensor?

My SES light came on for it, and Nissan and my mechanic says its my header making the light, but ive had the header on for about a year and a half now.

Another problem - recently my car has been having high idle, idle that spikes up when i stop, and my car was stalling out everytime i tried to re-start it, it starts and then dies. Could this be a bad 02 (stupid question ) or my spark plugs? But with AC on my car doesnt die, but all the other problems are still there.

Do you have a cat? Try the idle relearn.

Try the idle relearn. Shit happens over time like he said lol.

You may be throwing the light from the missing cat. Try an o2 spacer. Sometimes it can happen out of the blue...weather and shit.

you should reset the check engine light, after that you can try idle relearn

(reset it by computer, or just unplug the battery for a few minutes)

The idle relearn isn't going to take away the code. It will probably pop right back up after a few turn overs. I would say it's from the missing cat and he should try an o2 spacer.

I got an 02 spacer already. The cat code just came up about a month ago. I had the header and spacer for about a year and a half already.
