    Default Anyone ever dissasemble a Tial wastegate?

    I opened up a Tial 38mm to check inside and make sure its serviceable. I pulled off the top "hat" shaped deal, now I'm not able to get the ring off to put the diagphram back in. Soaked it in WD40 overnight and it still won't pry off. Any ideas?, its aluminum so I can't get too agressive on it.
