Thread: Help dammit!

Does any one knows certainly if these bushings fit the Spec, my mechanic says I got the wrong ones. However, ES Website lists these (7-3112) as fitting all B15s

Did I get the wrong ones in the package, is my mechanic clueless, or these are NOT one size fits all?

Anyone with first hand knowledge? Any recommended shop in the Tri State are that could help me out?

WOw, it say it right on the paper, for 00-03 all models... what a herb mechanic. I would recommend you to my uncle but he does ghetto work.

OK your mechanic said you got the wrong ones? or that they wont fit? ask him why he says they are the wrong ones, it clearly said for 00-03 Sentras.

I say, get a new mechanic. It's just easier than returning the MMIs.

those arent MMI's those are bushings, but what do they do?

I bought them to replace my worn out Lower Control Arms bushings, but instead of replacing w/oem I opted for performance since these are polyurethane rather than rubber or even hard rubber like the corny Nismos ones...

well this morning I headed back to my mechanic since I refused to discredit him for this one "failure". He jacks the car up, I get underneath it and guess what? The freaking bushings ARE THE WRONG ones...

It seems as if ES fubared when they packaged these cause the list of content lists front bushings as ES part# 2485, all the other parts match the list but these ones. The ones that actually came in the pack were branded 2585.

So for now I had to buy some from a JY cause the dealer most likely was gonna ask me to grab my ankles...

so your saying the package was correct but the bushings were wrong, why wont you return them and get another?
