ok so yesterday i was driving behind a store and i forgot they had huge speed bumps. so im only going about 10mph then i see one(there not yellow) i try to slam on my brakes to try and slow down but my front tires go off and my undercarriage slammed down. now anytime there is stress on the motor... like if i let off the clutch to get in to a gear or let off the clutch to get out of a gear it creeks. or if i just engine brake? idk ....is it my engine mounts?
anyone?
its a possibility, or it could be ur exhaust got knocked loose too. only way to tellis to crawl under and peek around.
"Speed has never killed anyone, suddenly becoming stationary… that's what gets you."
im gonna go outside now and check
no visible damage....
Might be a long shot but... broke a hanger from the exhaust and now its rubbing against the exhaust or the car.... (happened to me, that's why I'm saying this)
i had that problem also..thought it was engine mounts but i believe its the exhaust. when i put my stock exhaust back on i had the same noise when i went into gear. since the header pushed the exhaust back a little, it wasnt on one of the hangers so maybe thats why
