Just letting you know your brakes are the same that are on the Maxima, 370Z and the G37.

12.6" x 1.10" vented front discs, you could upgrade to the huge ass 4-piston calipers Nissan has now with 14.0" x 1.30" rotors if all fails.

But I would look in to Power Slot rotors and a set of Hawk HPS brake pads with SS lines an you'll be set.
