Thread: sticky stuff?

anyone know what is safe adhesive to use for applying bages onto the car. I have a badass porsche turbo badge that I never put on the car and I wanna toss it on the lower left side of the trunk. THANKS!

ok i used apoxy for putting my front badge on my stock grille... it holds like hell but i dont think they'd be paint there anymore if i were to rip it off

possibly some thin 2 sided foam tape like how wheel weights are stuck onto rims..i think that would work well

i like that idea. i think I will try that. I'll do it before my road trip so if it flys off my trunk doing 8hrs @ 80mph, i know it didnt work well. Ill be coming after you if I lose it.

3M double sided tape, it holds up a world challenge lip that I know of

I mean it's bolted down also but if the bolts weren't there the tape would still hold it.

well you could try the apoxy and not have to worry about it flying off lol...plus if you must take it off...juzt try to uze the fishing line & googone to remove that way you dont fck your paint up or rip out a chunk
