First off How are you showing off Jenvey Throttle bodies for your setup ?

Second , How the hell are you displaying a ACT CF airbox that is no longer made ?

The kit is that is showing is for a Honda K20, ???????????????

When did you become a ACT or Jenvey dealer in the US ?

You'll know who this is sooner or later because I am the ITB Man here in the States.

    ????????????????????????????????????????????????

yup or plans on something that is similar to that.

not sure why you're getting soo offended or tossed up about it.

relax, be patient, and chill out, you'll see what he comes up with for his own ITB's.

The kit was made for a race team some time back .
I had a hand in the build of this set up .We can not sell this set up due to copy rights on this engine set up . I think his name was Mike Gibson and the set up was for the spec-v cup car raced over sea's

No, I'm not a Jenvey dealer, and have no desire to become one. I said "something like this", and showed a random pic of some ITB's, found on a google search, just to give folks an idea of what I plan on building. I have no idea who made this, or what it's for.. I honestly don't care. I never claimed that it was my product, and only used it as a reference. I think that the consensus on that is pretty clear. I honestly don't care who you are, or what you sell. If you don't have anything intelligent to add to this build thread, then, please stay out of it.

If you wish to discuss intake manifold, or ITB design, I'll gladly do that. I did fabricate a manifold for a destroked QR that makes power all the way out to 9K rpm. So, I do know a little bit about this stuff.

I don't make false claims. I have 10 years worth of work under my belt, and have plenty to show for it. Anyone who matters in this industry knows that.

Again, if you don't have anything intelligent to add, please stay out of this thread. If it gets out of hand, I'll go ahead and ask the mods to clean it up. If you want to debate something, or, you want to set up a race/competitive event, I'll gladly come out and show you some of my "claims". But, keep it to PM's, or, start your own thread. It doesn't belong in here.

Let us start of with the time i have in the performance I started out as a GM tech in 1978 so this give.s me way more time than you in this i was also part of a pit crew for a Opel race team for five years .

The ITB thing is what i do in my shop i build and do the R&D for Jenvey in the UK on the cars here USA so that you guys can get the best out of you engine set up's

I gave you the name of the guy that ran the Nissan team cars over sea so you can track him down for the info on this engine BUT YOU THINK YOU ARE ALL THAT WHEN IT COME'S TO THIS SET UP
You can take the time to get this rigth with out the help of a man that spent time and R&D money to race with the bast of the best with the set up you are working with .

Here is what i will do.
I will do some R&D on this and you bring what you got and we will go heads up on the same engine . I will call Tim from ATC to get a carbon air box for this set up then i will call my guys from Jenvey for the bodys i need for this set up then you name the time and the place that has the dyno to do the testing .
All i need is a spec v for fitment for a day or two I will also give the set up to the guyor girl that has a stand alone in his or her car to run the ITB set up for cost for letting me use his car for fitment .

I might even get Jenvey to look at this as a kit for the USA market .Who is up for a ITB kit for cost in FLoida .
I ITB for the 3.5 also

Are you retarded? No, I'm not a Jenvey dealer, and have no desire to become one. I said "something like this", just to give folks an idea of what I'm working on. Take the stick out of your ass, and get out of my thread if you don't have anything to add. I don't care who you are, or what you sell. It's not rocket science to figure how runner length, taper, plenum volume, etc, for a given engine. If you had been around long enough, you would see that I designed a one-off intake manifold for a destroked QR that makes power out to 9K rpm.

I never claimed the parts in the pic as mine, and I think the consensus here is that it's pretty obvious. Go troll somewhere else..

so this is what I get in my Email ? that we are retarded ? and to take the stick out of our ass ?

    very nice Travis ,

if you honestly believe that you can build a intake manifold setup ,without a large amount of R&D/funds than go ahead, no one is stopping you from doing what your doing, it was just bought to our attention that somewhere along the lines the picture you post " as a reference " was not cleared up.

Im sure if some john doe posted a VQ swap b15 (that you swapped ) and claimmed they did the work you would be offended.

again I guess we are retarded and we do not know what were doing.

*shrug*.. I don't know you.. I don't know your name, nor have I seen any of your work. Honestly, I don't care.. Build whatever you want. I doubt that you'll get Jenvey to build ITB's for a motor as lucrative as the QR, but, more power to you if you do. That means that my customers, and the Spec V community will have more choices when it comes to aftermarket parts. I will finish my build, and if you want to compete with me, that's fine.

Oh, and BTW, we already went faster/quicker than a Jenvey ITB'd VQ35 from South FL.. with a stock intake manifold. Same weight, same car, same gearing, same engine. Hell, the Jenvey car was standalone powered.. Our car had slightly bigger cams and the heads were ported by me.. It's still running on a stock ECU!

Yeah, last time I checked, emails were privately sent, and to be read by the person that they are sent to. And, I meant every word that I said.. It doesn't mean that you have to air it out here. But since you did.. Yes, you are being retarded for trying to blow this out of proportion, and act as if I claimed that the ITB's in the pic were mine. Everyone who posted here after your idiotic rant told you that the pic was just a reference to show what we're planning on building. It was a randomly picked picture from google, nothing more, nothing less. I never claimed that I built it. But, you obviously have a chip on your shoulder, and you obviously have a problem with me.

The fact that you obviously joined just to post in this thread, can't even reveal who you are, or back up anything that you're saying tells me that you're a troll. You haven't contributed anything to this site, or anyone in this community.
