^^ no didnt miss it, however i believe that might be what started the discussion in the ops brain.
but doesnt do much for the rear wheels though.

I drive in the rain, mostly it rains here, and the roads often have dirt from farm machines where I drive, so my car always gets very dirt down the sides... daily... it sucks. The flarage will help end dirty car, and tuck some meatflush rims and tires.
I never knew the flares have such a big part in that type of deal. I thought it was there for looks but i see other wise. I would like to have more better traction and ability on my car but to me flares dont look good to me on sentra to me. Also i was wondering if it could be possible for us to have wider tires like what the Evo's, Subaru's and etc have on them. Well I hope u get this project up and running cause it just might look good. Wish u the best on this mod man and at the same time it will kind of funny just the front being flared out!

    you mean like these

    mounted on these

    lol
these were intended for joe, but he choose not to use them, so i grabbed them.
they are a bit extreme and as you see the wheels extend futher than my fenders.[and the almost 10" tire tread extends still further]
flares or something will be neccessary, [the car has to be capable of running 10" slicks as well]
i am hopefull it will come out more streetable than this

kidding aside, a good lite [16x8 or] 17x8 wheel mounting a 235/40 tire is most useful.
and and will take your car to new handling levels
    without running a 49lb wheel/tire combo

a more realistic and much lighter tire for the above 17x9s would have been 245-255/40/17s

    those are 275/40/17s
[tires alone weigh 29lb, wheels are not that bad at 19lb]

Ok so this flare thing has been bugging me for a loooong time.
    $60ish a set shipped.
They could be garbage, and might need some work to fit as they're not universal, buuuuut they're just flares right? These are for the accord.

The question is which ones might fit best?
So anybody have one of these cars? I'm too lazy to go to a mall and start measuring today lol. Another interesting thing is they are in Atlanta GA...

Yeah but that 2J. They do crazy shit to their cars. For a more realistic application the accord one would be best because of the back doors

I thought about the universal rivit ons for a while... you just don't know really what you're getting. I think these will look good, and could still be modded for slammed rides etc... the price is un-beatable if they work.
