I think saying "Wish I had the money, GLWS!" is fine, and is a free bump for the seller.

Lowballing, and saying you're going to pay when you don't have money is something else...

lowballers can eat a dick.... thats why i try not to sell anything ever..... i love it when ppl try to offer half of what you are asking... and to the op i saw a thread where you put up the turbo sentra up for sale and stated clearly ... NOT PARTING OUT... I can bet my life that some idiots not only pm'ed you asking you to do just that, but lowballed you on top of that... lol... ahh man...

all these people(sellers) going in debt trying to help you and yall still low ball them, its one thing to say ill have the money or pay in 2 payments...but its another to carry someone on or just annoy them and never pay up or say na you cant do it after waiting months.... there is a difference between lowballing with intention to buy and just lowballing in general.. Have some common sense when doing it...
