How to search this forum and others using Google!

This is for those who do not know how to use the search function on this website.

Lets help WSUSentra with his searching problem.

Well dude if you knew of my super duper search technique you could have found your answer very quickly; let me explain.

Step 1.)

First off open your fav browser (this should be Google chrome) and go to Google. Once you are there you will find a white bar where you can type text, under the white bar you will find a button that says search.


Now WSUSentra had a question about putting an exhaust system on his car, oviously you are not gonna type in "I want to put an exhaust system on my car", This is what you need to do.

Step. 2)

Type this into that pretty white bar

site:http://www.b15u.com "pre cat" "check engine light"

YOU MUST INCLUDE THE QUOTES AS I DID!


if you are lost please go to step 1.

Now if WSUSentra knew this little trick he would have found a posts titled:

Caty question / help 02 spec-v - B15U.com - Nissan Sentra Forum
WHICH IS THE VERY FIRST RESULT IN GOOGLE WHICH ANSWERS HIS QUESTION!

Maybe that post was not exactly what he was looking for.

Step 3.)

Type this into that pretty white bar

site:http://www.b15u.com "pre cat" "removal"

YOU MUST INCLUDE THE QUOTES AS I DID!

You will find a post titled.

Which Again answers his questions.

Just telling you that Google Chrome is A LOT slower than Mozilla Firefox. Other than that great post! I always wanted to know that...+1.
HOWEVER, I do have a question. Can you just type "pre cat removal" or must it be "pre cat" "removal"??

I will not go back and forth about what one is faster as Chrome blows away other browsers! lol

If you want to search using a search engine and type "pre cat removal" with the quotes you will get webpages that contain pre cat removal, but if you want to search a specific site you will need the site:http://www.website.com before it. This will work with any indexed site. I used this domain as a reference as I posted it on here.
