Turboing is always a good idea, if you have even the slightest idea about turboing.

I can tell from this post that you have no idea what is involved with turboing a car, I would reccomend you do some serious reading and atleast have the basics on turbo charging before you go any further.

Also what kind of turbo for 250?

The name of the turbo is Garrett T28 Turbocharger. I see it on craigslist and its by a local dealer by my area. I know alil about turbos, they have turbo's dat fit only 4 cyl, V6, chevy, ford, nissan, honda, Mizt., and etc. But this one fits only all 4 cyl cars and it gave a listing of what it consist of and what cars it go wit. trust me i know when not to buy sumin dat wont fit ur car and what will fit ur car. I say i would spend at least 500-600 on everything, buying a turbo off sum one instead of its dealership/company, getting a ebay intercooler wit the pippin', paying the right person to put it on, and dyno it to the right spec. I was thinkin the turbo would make the pistons, crank shafts, rods and ect rear out faster since i have bone stock 1.8s. If i had the Ser/Spec_v i wouldnt have to worry about that cause they cum set up. From ur own words man would it make things better for my car since i have no aftermarket piston, rods, crank shafts, ported heads, and etc? Cause i am still goin to buy dat turbo and get the intercooler off ebay. Onne thing if this turbo dont have all its parts I WONT BUY IT and i will just settle for slotted/driller rotors! the turbo is Used and has 8km on it, A/R .48 and put out 35psi

PLans for air/fuel control, injectors, manifold, wastegate, and bov?

I can promise you will need to put in more than 5-600 over the cost of the turbo, at a good deal and with used parts you will be lucky to come in under 1500

I know if i get the turbo,i have to have the intercooler, change the manifold, fuel injectors, and the header. I have a automatic and they can carry a bov from what i have heard. Only a stick shift can!!!!!!!!!!!! Plus the biggest part of dat is TIME! If u dont have the time to put one in and make sure the car is tune to the right spec. U wont get the car to run right and u could cause it to over load and BLOW. That information i do know and wont forget it, and thanx man. Also what is the wastegate?

Do not turbo the auto trans, it will be blown very quickly unless you do some serious work to it.

    Here are a few of the ridiculous things you said in your post;

    1. "I know if i get the turbo,i have to have the intercooler, change the manifold, fuel injectors, and the header'
You mention changing the manifold and the header... ok ill give you that one beginners mistake

    2. "I have a automatic and they can carry a bov from what i have heard. Only a stick shift can!!!"
Umm can carry a bov... Bov's have nothing to do with tranmission choice... Starting to get upset at your serious lack of knowledge

3."Also what is the wastegate? "
Seriously? Go do some research because you literally don't know anything about turbos or forced induction of any sort.

Download the book max boost, read it in full, then perhaps a book about efi engine management and tuning.

Lol, buddy I was just tryin to help you out, but you seriously don't know what a wastegate is! The wastegate is arguably the most important part of not blowing up your engine. A wastegate is a device that maintains exhuast pressure in your manifold, if the pressure goes over a certain amount the spring in the wastegate compresses and opens allowing the extra pressure to either de dumped to atmosphere or if you have a recirc setup back into the exhuast to be sent out the tailpipe. If the wastegate ever were to fail your boost levels would climb until you got out of the throtle, I have had this happen once and by the time you manage to get off the gas you could be spiking around 15 or more, if you were supposed to be at 8 or so lbs.

I'm sorry I offened you but I was just trying to help.

I accept ur apology man Im glad there a real person to step up right. I know sum inportant things about turbo's but i didnt know anything about the wastegate and i know if u dont have that oil line hooked up the turbo u can blow dat way. INTERCOOLER IS A BIG PLUS!!!!!!!!!!! Also if u put a bov on a automatic it will surely sound funny but it will help out to. I can go on and on and on but im not. I never knew dat the t28 turbo was small and the person who was sell in it made it look like it was a big one. At first i wanted a t3/t4 one but i can settle for whats close or alil pass dat mod. Also when a turbo is letting off sum pressure i think u call dat SPOOLING Like i said before man THANX.......................
One thing if its a bad idea of turboin' a high milage car, u wont see me puttin a turbo on my 145000k motor/tranny until i get the GTIR, vQ, Sr, or the ser/spec-v swap in the near furture!!!!!!!!

Haha, Fuckin winner right here <3

    I would think a t28 on a 1.8s would be perfect.
