Whats up guys, I set up an appointment to dyno my Spec on Friday 1/27/12 @ 9:00am I have never dynoed after my build so all my power #'s have been guesstimates.
Im on the Turbonetics kit, Built engine, low comp 89.5mm pistons etc.
Its going to be at Arizona Dynochip. $60 bucks for 1/2 HR, im gonna do 2 pulls @ my low boost of 9psi and another 2 @ 18 psi and hope i get over 360 WHP LOL
I will update this after I dyno.
So far I changed my oil + filter (Rotela T6 5w40) gonna wash engine tomorrow, and wash the K&N also, check plugs and all that good stuff.
I added 4 gallons of 110 Octane Race gas + 4 gal 91 octane for protection against detonation. Im on a reflash so no tuning no nothing.

This is the turbonetics or jwt reflash? I curious to see how it does, I'm 10-15-17ish psi on the TN reflash but never dynoed

What size injectors?
630cc, they will be close to maxing out at 18psi (or at the limit) I run 15-16psi on the street But for dyno 18psi it is because that was my High boost limit when i embarked on the "build" 1.5 yrs ago on 110 octane mix i should be OK
Ya, I want to run 15 on 630s, but don't think they will hold out to 8k though. Eventually I want 20, but will need 1000s for that.
Very curious to see numbers at 18psi cause that's me just with 57trim...I say 372

360WHP = 414 @ crank 380whp = 437 Crank so 420-440 Crank from my 2.5L 4 Banger, id be more than happy.
I built my car to be RELIABLE not to break HP records. so far its been reliable (knock on wood), did Not want to cut wires + piggybacks for this and that LOL
Why no cams?
Cams usually throw the CEL light, Random multiple missfire. In order to pass emissions here in AZ you cant have the check engine light on. (i dont have cats and pass fine LOL)
Where can I get either the jwt or tn reflash.....
