Just go straight to 1000cc. Ecu can go as far as you can, so far 500whp has been done

i have the stock ecu with the apexi safc2 , but it is said that once you go over the 650cc injectors the piggybag will not be enough

If you are 04-06 do UpRev tuning, much better, more accurate. Yes you are right that the SAFC2 can only handle ~650c injectors.

I had the 440s on my car right after I turboed it and I couldnt even hit 10lbs of boost on a 50 trim wih e85 and not go lean. Now I have 577cc srt4 injectors and cant even hit 10lbs with my gt30r turbo and e85. Im putting some 1000cc on today and tuning with a safc neo. I'll let you know how it goes. I have a walbro 255hp and return style fuel system and running 70lbs of fuel pressure low compression pistons as well.

You can hit 400whp with just an SAFC. I think 630cc injectors won't max out at that hp level and should still be tuneable with a piggyback.

i think they'll be maxed if he's gonna run e85

let me get this straight.... my perspective is that e85 will max power output being able to have lower boost.. let me explain myself for example(not actual) i could do 400whp at 20 psi on 93 octane but i can also do 400wh on e85 and like 17 or 18 psi? is that right?

theoretically, yes. E85 has a higher octane content then regular pump gas.. with the right tune and afr's, e85 could drastically raise your power output

Some good info on injectors in general, and some you can look into getting.

what kind of motor work have you done?? my downfall was the little air gap in between cylinders caused my sleeves to crack through. need to kinda fill those in or put sleeves in you motor
