    Default 600whp club..

Just a quick cross post from msv...

I mean.. I've broken every HP and "1st attempt" record out there for this engine.. but, it's been a while.. Charles is sitting up there with his Superspec.. he's in the 500whp club.. So, I thought to myself.. What can we do to drop jaws to the ground, yet again..?

I present to you.. the 600whp club..

No one is there, yet.. and, hell, there are tons of B15 turbo guys running around. The ideal candidate would have a built QR already.. and sleeved would be the best choice. But, we can start from scratch if necessary..

Gurov is willing to hook me up with a Mega Squirt at a good price, and I'm willing to pass that on to the customer.. I'll also be donating a full ported/built head to the customer.. free of charge.. I will donate my own QR, if you don't have a built motor already..

Other than that, here's what I'm proposing..

    Engine-

    Darton sleeved block, 91mm bore
    Pauter cross beam rods/arp bolts
    Custom CP pistons, 8.5:1 C/R
Fully ported head with springs/retainers (free)
ARP L19 custom head studs (super strong alloy)
O-ringed head with copper wire and MLS head gasket
    2007+ 8 counterweight crankshaft
    ARP main studs
    Full blueprint/assembly
    FI-R turbo cams
    Custom sheetmetal intake manifold
    Maxima throttle body

    Turbo setup-

Precision Turbo PT67GT-Q turbocharger (67mm turbo with Q-trim turbine)
Custom stainless turbo manifold (T4 based)
    3.5" downpipe
    3.5" full exhaust
    4" inlet pipe/filter
    Tial 44mm wastegate
    Tial 50mm blow off valve
    2.5" and 3" intercooler piping
    Stainless oil lines/fittings

    Fuel/Management-

MegaSquirt standalone with 4 bar MAP sensor (courtesy of Gurov)
    1200cc top feed injectors
    Custom billet alum. fuel rail
Twin Walbro 255lph pumps, in modified 00/01 SE fuel canister
Twin feed fuel fuel system (feeds into each side of the rail)
    Aeromotive Fuel pressure regulator
Twin -6 fuel feed lines and single -8 return line

    Misc. drivetrain-

    JWT flywheel
JWT 1300kg/250mm ceramic disc clutch setup
    Cryotreated gear stacks (transmission)

This setup will be capable of making around 700whp @ 30-35psi on C16.. but, the "official" goal, will be 600whp.. This will be a big 2.6 liter, and I think that 600whp will come at around 25-26psi with the big turbo, and C16/aggresive tuning.

Obviously, we're talking about some money here.. But, I will be practically giving away the standalone, and the ported head will be free..

If you are seriously interested.. drop me a PM, and we'll talk turkey.. This will be a serious setup, but, it will be streetable..

    Good luck!

BTW, I saw your PM about wanting the cams.. Sorry that I missed it early-on. I have grinds in stock, if something falls through.

If you break 600whp, I'll just have to be the first to break 700whp..
