Default Tapping the Oil Pan (BSR kit vs. No BSR Kit)

Hey im currently workin on my setup and just had one simple question, i did the bsr kit awhile back and when i bought the turbo the kid told me where to tap the oil pan. but he dont got the bsr kit (Or the extra quart of oil). So i was just wondering if i shoul tap it at the same point or somewhere either higher or lower? Thanks

Balance shaft removal doesn't play a factor in it...you just want it high enough that the turbo line can drain freely since it's strictly gravity feed to the pan.
Bad pic but here is where mine is at...
    the blue fitting...
Built HQR25DET running on a MS2 and a whole lot of other goodies
