what do you guys think of the Scion tC?

I saw a white one today at Green Acres with the TRD lip kit. I hopped on Scion.com and saw how expensive options are, I was rollin. Like $375 for Altezza tails. Anyways, the price of the car was like $16,500 without any of the stupid options. Im kinda liking it. I was researching the price of parts and stuff for the car and its pretty close to what we pay for sentra parts.

Im looking at prices for a used one but I cant find shit. IMO it looks hot in white.

I love the TC's

I was in the market for one before the sentra, but they are too expensive for me. I mean its not far from what i paid for the sentra, but that certain aamount is still extra payments.

But i think TC"s are hot , white is the best color, then silver and black

when my p.o.s. was giving me problems I tested a blue tC and XRS, both are torqeless cars. More the XRS, eh...

im not used to a lot of torque. I guess you might be bias since the spec is a "torque monster". I might go test drive the tC. If I can find one for under $14k I might consider it

I drove my friend's TC and it was ok I didn't feel it was better than the Sentra. He had a basic setup with cai, header, catback and shocks. The car still felt week. His short shifter was just horrible to use. His clutch already felt like it was beaten to death. To go for a tc sould definitely be a step down.

stay away from the tc

I hate the tc.

Scion TC is an attractive car but thats just it, the car appeals more to girls then the fellas. But those tc's arent that bad, i remember racing one lol. Checkout these specs

i dunno cars like celica's and tc's to me are aimed more towards females. I like my torque steering se-r lol.

The Corolla XRS has a Celica engine and like I said, has no torque, you have to smash the gas pedal to go anywhere anytime. After a while of hitting 7k+ rpm and going nowhere it gets tireing.

Dont' get me wrong, when the vvti kicks in it goes! But by then so is my P.O.S. sentra....


Uh an Fullah, not racing does not justify getting an inferior slower car.

I see tC in my near future..

i like the tc.. my friend has a hott black one.. it's slammed.. and i painted his rims just like those but extendended the black further to the lip. he has a cf hood trd exhaust and k&N intake.. it's not as fun to drive bc torque is nonexistant, but it's a decent looking car.. white is hott btw
