swap?? screw that, ive seen a 460hp fwd ka24...

actually i drove it a few times...

cast iron block, you cant possibly ask for more strength. dont get to hyped in all the jdm swaps. yo have a damn strong ass block in that car as is.

rods, pistons, motor already has oil squirters. theres cams, valves, springs and retainers for the ka and u have a motor. now get a manifold and a turbo and run some pipe. case closed

Agreed, I've been telling all my friends that the STOCK KA24DE block is cast iron, has forged rods, and all that crap stock...Just get a sick ass manifold, And run pipe is exactly the plan..Oh and i forgot to mention it has more torque than the SR20 .....

Might have to make an albany run...I think i might have a keeper..

240's usually rust in the front wheel wells, under the hood near the strut towers, same thing in the trunk..Look around the wing and under the carpet.

That's no where near Albany guy...LMAO. that's right over the Tappan Zee Bridge like an hour away from your crib. Albany is a good 3hrs away.

I believe my friend from school still holds the record for a stock bottom end KA24DET -528wHP / 420 wTQ (or at least he set it back in '06). Although now he's got the same 240 with a VH45DET (V8 from the Infiniti Q45) crammed in there.
