The idea is to post up the mileage on your motor and lets see who has some really high mileage and what they did to make their motor's last that long.

driving conditions: Desert: 100+F and lots of dust.

driving behavior: Nissan recommeded shift intervals, but I will open it up at least once a day.

I also use these consistently as well:

-Mobil1 ext life oil filter
-Mobil1 93 oct super+ (or rarely Shell VPower)
-lucas upper cylinder lube

I can say when i did the rebuild, the valves and pistons were really clean even with a blown headgasket. I did oil changes starting at 39k, since i had a free 36k service plan at nissan.
