According to my email, my catback will be here on the 13th but the tracking number isn't showing it has been shipped, just says the label was created.

Still no update on the tracking number that was emailed to me.

"A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated."

Same thing it said when I received the email. Just called them and left a voicemail to get an update. Payment was deducted from my account the day I got the email.

That's odd

Methinks UPS lost it sir. The last time they lost something of mine that's what it stayed as, and then they found it and shipped it by air for next day delivery so maybe you'll be as lucky!!

As per tracking, mine's been in transit for a week and should be here tomorrow

Called UPS, they still have no record of receiving the shipment and told me that only the sender can initiate a trace. Called Stromung again, left another voice mail today because I was told that once I was charged for the exhaust it would ship. I was charged on the 8th, the same day i received the email.

The fact Stromung has yet to call me back after 2 voice mails is starting to piss me off. I have been charged $630 for an exhaust that was supposed to have been shipped, yet UPS has no record of receiving it, and a company that has yet to return my phone call.

Needless to say, I am starting to lose patience.

Damn, that sucks Adam. Hope it turns up. I'd really hate to see another shop lose reputation just because of shit like this.

I think ups messed up, but the fact that Stromung isn't returning your calls and voice mail isn't helping their cause as well.

If UPS messed up then so be it. Shit happens, the lack of communication from Stromung is what bothers me the most to be honest.

Just got an email from Scott at Stromung telling me the exhaust should be here in 3 or 4 days and gave me the same tracking number that I already had...

Not sure what to think about this, but after looking at the UPS website there are still no updates.

You know, maybe it's ups' crap. When I got my tracking, it did say the same thing, but after a day, it changed to being delivered on the 9th, then changed back to the 10th. Hopefully, it works out for you.

It could be, but I have a few issues here. (keep in mind I've had a tracking number since Feb 8th)

1. I was charged and told it would ship the day it was charged to my card.
2. UPS still has no record of the shipment, only that a label was printed.
3. The email didn't say when it was shipped, only that I should get it in 3 or 4 days.

When I spoke with Scott on the phone he flat out told me that I would not be charged until it shipped. If I was charged a week before it actually shipped then he lied about that and made no effort to tell me differently after the fact. We'll see when the UPS info updates finally.
