Mine is aftermarket, and it looks stock and works great. It was put in before I owned it, IIRC a Nissan dealer did it.

Then you are the luck few who got a good place to install it.

All the ones I heard of, after a few months, it started to leak or the motor would give out while half open. Nothing good.

Nothing worse than that. My buddy owns a serious POS Corolla that decided to stop working while 75% open. He had to seal it off with garbage bags because it was raining the day it died, and was trying to get to school while chain smoking 27s and holding the bag up so it wouldn't pool in the bottom and leak. LOL bottom line you better hope cho sunroof is in good working order, or at least that it's closed if/when it decides to quit. Oh and smoking is bad

Now try doing that while driving a manual....lol

how much of a drop is that ? 2.0 inches ? im trying to order springs soon and i need to see how the drops look

Idk how much of a drop I have on mine but its more than 2 inches. U will not get that drop with lowering springs unless u cut em. If u want that kind of drop ur gonna need to get coilovers, Im on Ksports coilovers

just got my first nissan/sentra and loving it. Only mods i can tell is intake. Maybe Lowered?
