It's an AEM cold air, and yeah you can connect any 3" cone filter to the end of it, it gets plenty of air entering through the openings in the bumper
Well not really since it really dont flood that bad here and im not that low to the ground but to fix that you can get a by-pass valve from AEM which will suck out the water if it does happen to go up the pipe
Well im running a fujita long ram intake with a filter at the end... I get my air from the front of the bumper where the bottom grill is at the filter their u can see it if you duck down to look... if u wanna know anything else let me know
