id love to get a stromung muffler but they only come in 2.25" or 3", id like to run a 2.5" exhaust so it matches the 2.5 midpipe. heres my options kinda..

2.5" midpipe, 2.5" exhaust, 3" muffler

2.5" midpipe, 2.5" exhaust, 2.25" muffler

2.5" midpipe, 2.25" exhaust, 2.25" muffler

unless i have a custom midpipe made then id do 2.25" midpipe/exhaust/muffler, but that might be more expensive and troublesome

anyways which setup would be the best, any gains or losses on them, sound difference?

i think any of those combinations should work. there should be a miniscule, if any, difference in power between them, and i think that as long as you have good resonators in the catback piping, you should have a decently sounding exhaust.

also, i dont know if its been settled or if its true, but i heard that our factory midpipe was already 2.5"?

im not sure, if your right then i would do the 2.5" midpipe with 2.25" exhaust and 2.25" muffler and not worry about the different sizes since thats how it is stock, i just thought the midpipe and exhaust would be the same size stock, if anyone knows for sure id appreciate it!

im gonna go back to my original plan and just get a cat back/midpipe since my exhaust is back to normal again (nowhere near as loud) so im not really in a rush.

but ill need the megan DOWNPIPE correct? on page one i have a link for a megan MIDPIPE

if its the downpipe that i need could someone send a link? i cant see to find any on ebay, lol
