Thread: the legendary MEE grill

This is what i did. the lazy way and butchered way. It was verry time consuming so I just was like fuck it and rushed to finish.

did u forget to paint the edges of the grill or is it jus the light? looks good nontheless

its just the light...im gonna be honest it looks good in person the pictures dont do justice.

i put it over the grill not on the inside...i was thinking about the inside but those damn teeth....fuk it.. too hard to cut maybe next time.

where'd u get ur mesh

1. mesh like that can be bought at home depot(gutter mesh) for like 2 bucks...


2. you know wat u should do to finish it up and make it look clean, go to autozone and get urself 2 strips of door edge molding, not the one that slides in but the flat one with the 3m tape behind it, and edge it around the grill, it`ll give it a nice clean smoothed edge look, and plus its 3m, it`ll hold... and if u want paint it black, if not leave it chrome, i think they sell black ones though...

they have it at autozone the mesh. however i suggest ebay cause its cheaper. btw if u decide to work on your grill...the teeths will own u.
