You should always run a filter in your nitrous line before the solenoid. Fuel line filter is optional when running off the stock tank since it technically already has a filter, but off a separate fuel cell you definitely need one.

    lol

if you are sure of your nitrous supplier, your bottle is clean or new a lot of people skip this step

but the manufacturers supply at least a screen on the nitrous supply side in the new kits

This. It's a pretty smart idea to run one, as they're cheap, usually come with the kit, and obviously prevent clogging in the case of something making its way through the lines.

I used thread locker on the threads and windshield silicone filler around the outside where it plumbs in.

ive got everything hooked up and working, switches, purge , bottle heater, fresh n2o solenoid (going to order a fuel solenoid rebuild this weekend) just put my jets in , 26 n20 and 18 fuel...should be around a 35 shot

all i have to do is place the fogger, and T the fuel line, so far i have some 5/16th hose barbs with 1/8npt fittings so i need to get a T fitting and some hose and an adapter to fit the stainless steel fuel line to the npt fitting

im hoping i can get everything i need and get some runs in this weekend

How are you positive that the solenoid is activating? If you have pressure going to the injectors, then you should have pressure going to the fuel solenoid, which leads me to believe that the solenoid not activating is your issue. This is all assuming that you didn't screw up the T-fitting (since it's pretty hard to not do right).

Not sure how you're testing this, but when I did my bench tests I left both lines disconnected from the fogger, zip-tied the nitrous line to a wiper, and had a friend hold the fuel line into a gas can. Then turned the car on, activated the system and blipped the throttle to the parameters which I should be spraying.
