hey, new to the site, new to spec V, im in eastern CT. no one else from CT on the site?
i am and i know there are alot more just they must not see this post... im located in the valley and new haven
used to go to high school in New haven, im in New london now i have only seen 2 other specV around me, one was blue and one was silver but both on the highway
i used to go to hillhouse high and mine is an 03 spec v its black
Im from bristol 03 spec v i actually go back and forth between springfield and bristol
im out of farmington

Holla!!! Meriden, Blackout Spec.... Probably the only one in CT running with New York Tags,
And there's a silver one Parked at Roberts Dodge up the street from where I work... and Yellow one whos owner probably needs to loose some weight cuz I seen it parked at Planet Fitness in Meriden twice in the past 3 days.... other than that I also started a callout for all the Specs in my area, I wanted to start a weekly meet, or even just a one time cruise night where we all get together and chill maybe take a drive to a hooters and grab some food or something along those lines.....
Im down hopefully I can get mine to run right having coil pack issues right now mad annoying
what's up with your coil packs?? how far are u from Meriden maybe we can meet up and I'll take a look at them see what the deal is.... or you can check out my write up on coil packs and R&R on them....Originally Posted by vas686

At first i thought it was just the spark plugs so i just changed those out but the car continues to misfire in cylinder 4 so after reading the forums im guessing its the coil pack and just ordered one so hopefully it fixes the issue. Hey tugboat im another New London / Norwich sentra look out for the silver spec (really a 01 se with the front conversion) with the carbon hood/trunk/wing that's me. Also saw a red spec yesterday with bc sides and rear and a world challenge front lip in front of EB in Groton yesterday.

Did you pull the code? if it said specifically cyl#4 then it's a coil pack, but if it's random multiple misfire P0330 it can be a few things I think the code was P0334 for cyl number 4...
Another way to check is swap out cyl3 coil pack with cyl4 coil pack and see if cyl3 misfires and throws a cyl3 code, that will guarantee you a diagnosis on the coil pack...
ok ill do that it doesnt misfire all the time just some times.....
i just noticed this hose and i can not find out where the hell the other end goes wtf!!!!!
