CT: spotted black spec in accident
On my way to work this morning I saw a black spec-v pulled over to the side of the turnpike with a car behind it, looked like they had been in an accident, but it was hard to tell any more than that in the dense fog. There's a kid at the dunkin donuts right at the intersection for 287 and rt 5 that drives a black spec, so it mighta been him
