    dam all u guys suck lol. I need to lose weight bad.......ive lost like 8lbsin the past 2 months. but i need to lose weight faster. any suggestions you guys have? I have cut down a lot on what i eat and i have been trying to regulate my diet. Any suppliments you guys know of?? I need to lose weight to pass my run again lol.

    My brother uses a supplement called Lipo 6, the black container, dropped weight like crazy and fast, and team those pills up with a shitload of cardio and Ull b dropping weight faster than u can imagine. I recommended that to my boy also, he used it to get in shape for the air force, they both say it cuts there hunger in half and gives them a shit load of energy. I know for a fact that it worked on both of them, so I'd recommend Lipo 6 black container, with a minimum of 4miles a day of cardio

    running several miles a day wont do shit for you after month or so once your body gets used to it and plateaus. if you really want to lose body fat, and lose it fast, read up on Max Interval Circuit training (i.e. the Insanity workout)

    this is what i do. and holy shit balls does it work.........if, and ONLY if, youre mentally ready to push yourself farther than you think you can go. when i first started this i was ready to die after the 5th 1 minute round. now, im going harder, farther, and faster than i ever thought i could. on 9 rounds this week move to 10 rounds next week. 4-5 inces lost of my mid section in 5 weeks and great amount of muscle gained so far. one day ill be lookin like the OP

    I try to work out everyday whether lifting or running....i was 300lbs about 2 years ago, im down to 245ish now..but having a horrible time trying to lose more weight, been using oxyelite and the ripped vitapak from GNC and wheybolic extreme 60 after workouts

    And thats wheremy problem lies...I've changed my eating habits alot but i could still do better...I still don't worry so much about what I eat I just try not to eat so much of it..I used to eat enough for 3 people lol
