But, I tried P90X a few weeks ago, and I have to say that it's pretty damn intense! Just the Plyometrix disc is all I've been doing. I'm trying to get my legs in shape for a ski trip in a few weeks, and this is definitely doing it. Just 2 weeks of Plyo has gotten me in better shape than anything I do at the gym. And, the funny part is that there is no weights/dumbells needed. In addition to toning my legs, I've lost another 7lbs in 2 weeks, and lowered my blood pressure enough that I can damn near get off of the meds.
