Thread: someone is tring to use my car as a Scam.

I woke up today and i got an email from a person saying nice car, and i was thinking to my self like huh!!!, so i clicked on the link and i saw this ad (my honda civic) http://www.zikbay.com/Ad/3571 I never have put my car up forsale in that website and i dont live in manhattan. I live in Staten Island. And in the bottom of the page says payment, Paypal. So who ever tries to buy my car over the internet is gonna get scamed. I'm tring to stop this from happening but i have no idea who and how to report the person.

Send a message to the owner of the site. Well unless he is the god damn scammer...lolz.

Contact them as if you are intersted to see it... and the rest you know =]

yea that was my plan A. And if i cant get in contact with him, ima send him an email as if i was intrested in it.

nah, i always had a black civic. There is ppl out there that will buy a car in the internet. Lets say if someone does buy the car throught the computer, everything will be traced back to me since it's my info, and i can get ****ed. I put a report for that ad. Lets see what happens

If he doesnt have your VIN number, your fine...

The reason you dont see the car in there anymore is because i took care of it, i left him a message and told him straight out.

nah thats not my car. My car was the link that i posted on the first post but if you click the link, my car is not there anymore cuz i told the guy off.
