Random Post: I'm considering trading in my 1.8s for an SRT-4..
I know I might be called a traitor or some other thing, but I've wanted an SRT-4 for the past 4 years and I just realized my mom is now willing to buy me one, even after they told me NO several times before... btw im 19 and going to school full-time, that's how the word mom gets in here.
I guess the fact that I have a part time job now makes the whole thing more appealing. I could work and make enough for the monthly payments on it after I trade in my Sentra.
So mom is considering it, but I don't know how dad will react. Probably not well. He just paid $130 to buy me a new car key a few days ago, and I was in a fender bender with some guy in a truck belonging to my best friend's dad.. I wish it never happened

Anyway, I'm really REALLY hoping this works out. And I don't care who you are, the SRT-4 may be just a Neon but it does sound nice

I would keep it and just wait till you have the money for a solid car and make sure you dont go over your head. Seen too many people get a little part time job like you say you have and go in over their head and cant afford the car or simply the insurance on the car. That car, yes its much faster than your 1.8L but you guarantee you will wind up dumping unnecessary money into that car when you can just wait and buy one someone else spent the money on. Just saying wait but as they all say up to you my friend.

I would trade my spec v in 4 srt4 in good condition from the dealer in all of 2.354 seconds....... its iffy off some one cuz if u doont maintain turbo cars it will bite yo ass......and shit if its an equal no money on my part oh hell yes so done
