how much for strobe kit? how many strobe lights?

i'd rather not ship and i paid like $70 for that panel(damn dealer) $25 is kindu low and the strobe kit is made for up to 6 bulbs but u'd have to get them there not expensive about $15 ea. Kit retails for $500 im looking for around $300 i believe i put it up for.
