I have no idea what you are talking about..I cant even tell that it has been cut. If anything i feel liek the car is actually smoother. While driving the revs climb faster, and it just feels like there is nothing holding the motor back now

I would like to meet up with someone else in my area to see what there's is like. Mine is ridiculous, and I've driven many cars that rattled and they were nothing like this. It wasn't bad until I put the solid mounts in, but I don't feel like replacing motor mounts every 2-3 months. Have the rest of you had a problem with it tearing through mounts since the BS chain removal?

Well the car feels smoother now that she chain is gone. I'm not going to lie about that. But after the motor mounts kept on tearing and the flex pipe ripped I put in the solid mounts. Then came all the rattles. Maybe my motor is just horribly balanced? Like I said I would like to meet up with someone else with their BS chain cut and solid mounts to see how the rattles are on their car.

I had the BSR for 20k with stock mounts and mmi's with no issues at all. When I went to solids finally, my stock mounts looked just fine.

same here except I've had it done for about 70k miles...my mounts were perfectly fine when I went solid as well.

You can rip mounts a number of ways. Either the rubber could have been weathered, or if you're missing some exhaust hanger bushings, that'll also increase movement slightly.

Links of what? You remove the entire chain, no need to worry about "links".

The timing chain and the balance shaft assembly chain are two entirely separate chains, lol.

I have motor mounts insert and BSR. Between 2000rpm to 4000rpm mine rattles as hell. Even more since I have aftermarket cams. In normal cruising, around 2500rpm, it's fine
