does anyone have experience with the tanabe df210 springs? I am thinking about getting either those or the tein s techs but I would like to see which one rides nicer. Im trying to maintain ride quality as close to stock as possible.

Anyone ever try Spax Springs? I just picked them up from a local speedshop for a wicked deal that i just couldnt pass up. 1.4" drop in front 1" drop in the rear. They are made in the UK, but i cant really find much information on them. They are however listed specifically for the 02-06 Spec-v.
02 Molten Silver Spec-V - I/H/E , Prothane Mounts, Washer Mod, Brembo Blanks with Hawk HPS Pads, Razo Weighted Shift Knob, Shorty Antenna, Custom "Spec-v" Badged Grill,

To be installed - Brembo Calipers, GR-2's w/ Lowering Springs, Rear Panhard Bar.

Coilovers would be better, but Tanabe does make some of the better springs out there.

If I had to choose a set of springs it would be the Tanabe GF's. Yes coilovers are recomended, but I really like their spring rates and never heard a complaint from the company

Does anybody know if the Spec V struts and 1.8 struts are interchangeable? I need two new front struts and wanted to get the Spec ones because they apparently hold up better to lowering springs than the XE ones I have now.

Coilovers. Eibach prokit if your looking for cheaper. Honestly my roads are horrendous too, even with my drop it comes down to the shocks on how they handle it. I like my ride. A bit stiffer but not at all rough. All comes down to spring rate, drop, length, density. Everyone will have an oppinion. Just go with your gut
