    Default Traction Bars....

Traction Bars.....anyone have these on their cars? I saw a b16 owner has a set he made, curious if it be worth trying to have built.

Here is his set up. Is this a worthy thing to do?

Hmmm. Is that car totally street able or is that only bolted on for the track?

Ya I've been making these for the L31, L32 and A34's for about 2 years now. Results are fairly dramatic. Wheel hop and torque steer are pretty much GONE. Bite during turn in is alot more precise and consistent all the way through a hard corner giving alot more feedback to the driver. I haven't tried them on a B15 yet but I'm up for it. I can size them up on my project car but until Travis gets me my harness back I can't actually run them.

I have a few customers that run them at the track and find launching even on slicks way more consistent. Others that autoX and love them. But to sammy's question: They are completely streetable if done right. If done wrong they can bind under certain situations, putting too much stress on the control arm. I'll get under mine in the next few days and get the measurements. I have all the components as well since Racingline is also a National distributor for much of the linkage components. I just have send out the drawings for the brackets to be cut and formed unless I can modify an existing bracket

Nice, these would be awesome to help keep power to the ground. Let me know, I'd love a set, even if they needed to be tested on my car.

^^Ok I'll keep you in mind. I've looked at it a few times and my biggerst concern was the front endlink. Might have to incorporate a rodend style front endlink to make it work the way the others are setup. Traction rods + hiem joint endlinks would drastically change the front end feel. dont want to stiffen the fell too much

It wont be hard. From the pics above he's using a modified Racingline L32 traction rod set

It's still available, I'm just waiting on anew batch of brackets to come in. Should be 2 weeks or so. Note the ones in the OP above are an L32 altima kit installed on a B16. Not a B15. At least I'm pretty sure Wendells car is a B16

True, so we need a set of brackets made for the b15.

We never did get it set up to where they didn't bind up the suspension to make them streetable. Too bad.

    This is my worry

If there were a Solution, I don't see why every high hp fwd b15 wouldn't be all over these
