Default Lowering questions

Is lowering a spec the same as a honda and you have to get new bolts for the bottom because they break? and if im just using lowering springs will a 17x8 rim rub?

It depends, some springs drop much lower than others.

Discussed a bunch of times...quick search for 17x8 would answer your question

the rim wont rub..but the tire might

by 8 if u go 235/40 its a very close revs/mile which means same overall circumference so it will be very close to a stock size...offset of the wheel will depend as well

does the revs/mile matter other than making the speedo off? and i actually just check and that rim only comes in a 17x9 with +25 offset doesnt come in a 17x8 so now im confused on if they will even work with stock suspension being lowered or if id have to get the ksports b4 i get them or if id just have to get a different set of rims

You will run into a lot of issues trying to fit a 9" wide rim with a +25 offset without a lot of serious fender modification.
I'd look into different rims.

yes cuz your abs uses a speed sensore. u cant have it too off, but less than 5% circumference differnce wont matter much

cant really be sure...if anyone has done this before, chime in here. usually as long as there the wrong size tis messed up and nothing physically breaks so it should go back to normal when u fix it
