Thread: GI: 04-06 TDMi Nismo replica lip pics up!!! check last post

I know this lip is very popular in our community for 04-06, but they are hard to find in current market.
Now I am going to bring the lip back to the forum, material have 3 different kind options in carbon fiber/polyurethane/carbon fiber. I am still waiting reply from my supplier to see if I can get them in mix if not I will have to pick 1 material for the lip

Now here is the deals:

I only will have 20 lips made in this order, everything will made in the USA by hard working Asian so the turn around time can be faster than before
Lip will be 1:1 made,same exact size as Genuine Nismo lip. We will have to use OEM bumper to test out the 1st lip to ensure the fitment/gap issue so the rest won't have any issue.
I will take my Genuine Nismo lip off from my car , therefore to make thing even more accurate in production

I was able to score myself one locally, but if the price is cheap I would buy another. Lol.

Poly is probably the best bet, if I'm not mistaken, It's flexible and not as prone to cracking. Good luck, this is what the b15 community needs!

I don't know why it took so long to get pricing back. However, I got some update today for you guys, material looks likely will be poly and fitment 100% guarantee. I will be the first one inspect everything before part ship out. One thing about poly might be expensive to be made, but I will justify and let you know guys know before we put out production

IF eveything goes will, I am pretty sure turn around time can be done within 15-20 days
