Hi, i got a 02 SE-R Spec V, and i have a very strange problem with it, so for about a month now I've been noticing that my passenger floor has always been soaked, but it does not smell like coolant, it smells like nothing, and i still have heat fine and a/c/ fine and different temperatures when i turn the dial and my car has plenty of antifreeze, doesnt look like its lost any at all. I even checked the heater core hoses and both hoses where warm/hot, but just yesterday my car starter to sound louder, the motor sounds fine, and no check engine or decrease in performance or reliability, anybody have any idea what it could be? thanks
if you bought the car used check the labels on all of the glass if they dont match you might have found the leak. if you have had windows replaced take it back to who did it
just an idea if it isnt glass related your climate control system can take water while it rains but normally theres a U in the piping and a hole at the bottome where the water and and other stuff falls out yours might be clogged. ive seen it in a few saabs where they fill up with so much crap water gets into the cab. idk our system at all but just an idea ive seen it before several times
i think i kno what it is, under the hood on the passenger side there is a rubber hose that wraps around the ecu plug, i put a system in and my bo pulled that out to run the wire i think it mite be leaking thru there, ima try to reattached and run the wire thru it nd out the other end and see if that works,
