02 spec tranns fluid
i have a 2002 spec-v and it grinds sometimes into third. i just got the car about 3 weeks ago and i'm planning on changing all the fluids under the hood. i'm just wondering what is good to run in my tranns that would really help. thanks for the help

I read that most people use BG Syncroshift II or Red Line.
I use Royal Purple. havent had any problems

2006 Mazda speed6-- eibach pro springs, everything else is stock
what thinkness should i use. i'm planning on changing it in a few days.
I belive it calls for 75w-90
