It's Nismo. It's going to work and work well. I have never heard any bad things about this shifter and I know there are people on this site that have it. Most go with the $9 DIY shifter but I've been looking into this myself, or the TWM.

Do not use the TWM it's notorious for bending rods.

I have it and it works fine
I dont use the incab part of it though to relocate the neutral position because its not needed and hits the center console

TWM is a bit pricey, but I thought that's because it's made in the USA and whatnot.

yeah I had the twm but the set screws rusted into place and snapped the short shifter, so it's a no go for twm so I just wanted to make sure this is the way to go

np the second piece shown goes on your top transmission bushing. just take your time with it when putting it on, it'll seem like a pain in the ass (mine did) but once it's on and tightened you're all set.as for the turcite bushings fitting. i don't have them but for the brass ones i only used 1 half of the bushing for the top transmission mount. the bottom transmission mount will use both bushings as normal. the only other possible fitment issue would be the bushing that needs to fit in the in-cab bracket. if i remember, the diameter of the bushings were just a hair too long and the inner diameter of the bushing was too small.
