Thread: Power locks not working

My keyfob isn't working nor is the buttons in the car to lock/unlock. I checked the fuses inside the car and under the hood...any ideas?

how do you test relays?

See if your'e getting a signal from the master switch (driver side front lock/unlock switch) the ground may be at fault. Also locate the smart entrance control unit and check the connection and signals there. I have to find the diagrams for this, I don't remember the details.

Where's the smart entrance control unit? I'll check the master switch tomorrow...tnx

IIRC under the steering wheel behind that panel, haven't done one in quite a while
