Default Need advice on cipher results

I've been getting into some datalogging with Cipher lately. But I've been having a problem, my car has lost power and is very sluggish through the whole powerband. The exhaust sounds like shit and theres a hesitation when I floor it, almost like it can't get fuel fast enough.
The car has a hotshot header, tanabe catback, nismo cai and stock midpipe.
This loss of power started when i had the rear o2 wiring extended 13 inches to go behind the main cat to avoid codes. I've been hesitant to set it back because I haven't found an o2 sim.
Also there aren't any codes or other symptoms besides loss of power.
Any help with interpreting or advice is greatly appreciated.

Can anyone tell me if this is normal? Thought it was strange that the voltage stays the same for so long.

Yea it's something pretty similar. Do you remember by chance which hose was the problem? Can't figure this out for the life of me.

OK so heres what we found. the vacuum line from the intake to the block wasnt on all the way.... then later on i had the hiccup again. it turned out to be the fuel trim. You need to retune your car and start from scratch basicly. start a whole new map. this should clear up the problem. everytime i add a modd and the try tuning the tune thats already there i end up with a hiccup. my tuner would then start a new map and retune and the issue is gone.
