    Default Reflash ECU

I need to reflash my ECU and raise the RPM to 6700. I want to know if my only option is sending my ECU to JWT just to do this or if I have any other options?

Does anyone here sells reflashed ECU's? Or anything of that nature?

    Thanks.

for a 02-03 thats your only option. I have a reflashed ECU but it was done for turbonetics by Techno square (they no longer do reflashes)

if you have a 04+ UpRev is your best bet

Gotcha. And how would I go about doing that? Because I've looked around at the JWT website but I really can't find anything to order and ECU or to do the procedure to send mine in or anything.

Or do I have to call them and do it that way?

Last question. Do I need to send them my ECU or do they send me one with my desired specifications?

n/p. They're good, but sadly, they're usually backed up and it can take a while.

Treadstone? I don't think they did flashes, maybe you're thinking the technosquare one? If so, IIRC they only did your rev limit.

Treadstone reflash = Turbonetics reflash. Thats what im running on my car. (came with the Turbonetics kit)

IF you are piecing together your own kit, I recommend the JimWolf reflash (that one allows you to raise redline to 7200 if you want, u must use aftermarket valve springs for that) Both are tuned for 630cc injectors so they "should" net you about the same power over all.

Yes it does, The ECU is tuned based on the fact that you are using 630cc injectors. (so any other size that is NOT 630 will not run properly with a reflash) Bessides 440cc injectors are not recommended for boost on this site (unless u run 5psi ONLY) there is an explanation on the subject somewhere on here they basically are maxed out at about 300 horse.

So if you want a JWT or Treadstone/Turbonetics reflash you MUST purchase 630cc injectors.

IF you choose to stay with 440s, then ur gonna have to go the SAFC or FIC route.

And in addition to this, a reflash + SAFC has worked well for me over the past couple years. And 630cc injectors can be had for $200 per set, brand new.
