Thread: Help With ECU/ECM Removal

I've been trying unsuccessfully to remove the harness connectors from the ECM for a couple of hours, after removing the two plastic cover clips. I've tried pulling, jiggling and pulling, srewdriver assisted pulling, etc. I didn't apply too much force in fear of breaking something.

What is the secret?
